RETURNS
We offer a 30-day trial. Try your new travel companion for 100 days. If you don’t love it, send it back – no questions asked!
All items must be in NEW & UNUSED condition, in its original packaging and exactly as they were when they were shipped to be eligible for a return. Absolutely no used or damaged goods will be accepted.
Orders are processed after 1 hour of it been made and are subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing costs.
All returns must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and shipped back to Camel Mountain at the customers expense. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund payment.
Return address vary by contacting us, on customers expense.
Please use a trackable shipping method when returning the product so you can follow it until it arrives. Without a trackable shipping method we do not guarantee the product will arrive.
REFUNDS
We cannot replace or refund "MISSING OR STOLEN" items that have been marked as "DELIVERED"
If you entered an incorrect shipping address on the order form and the package gets returned, the original shipping costs and returning shipping costs will be deducted from your return payment.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier (with photo, GPS, or signature proof), the order is considered complete.
If you can’t locate your package after confirmation:

Please check with neighbors, family members, or building staff.

Review any building security cameras.

If you suspect theft, we recommend filing a local police report.
⚠️ Camel Mountain cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered by the courier.
For further help, our support team can assist you in opening a claim with the courier.
Pickup Packages:
If a delivery notice is left and you do not pick up your package at your local post office and the item gets returned to Camel Mountain the shipping costs associated for the returned package and original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Shipments are shipped to addresses inserted in "shipping address" fields only and cannot be changed.
Once the item is received it will be thoroughly inspected and if it is deemed to be in new condition a refund will be authorized.
Please allow 7 days after the retuned package arrives for the refund to be issued to the same payment method used to buy the product.
