Shipping policy
We may ship orders based on inventory availability from one of our dispatch warehouses located in USA, Germany, Israel, or China.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 hour of being placed. Please double-check your order details before confirming. Any cancellations requested after this period are subject to a $40 cancellation fee to cover return shipping that is already collected, processing and handling costs.
Shipping Time:
Standard delivery time is estimated at 10–15 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery time may vary depending on destination country, local customs, and courier performance.
Need it faster?
We offer the option to upgrade to express delivery via DHL or FedEx.
To request this, please contact us before placing your order, and we’ll check available rates based on your shipping location and provide you with a custom offer.
Incorrect Address & Returns to Sender:
If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for a $100 two-way shipping fee. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or additional charges.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS (if a mobile number was provided) with a tracking number and link to monitor your package’s delivery progress.
Returns & Trial Period:
