Terms of sale

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms of Sale:

1. Orders & Acceptance

   • All orders placed are subject to product availability and acceptance by Camel Mountain®.

   • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of stock shortages, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Payment

   • All prices are listed in USD and include/exclude VAT as specified except Israel added 17%.

   • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

   • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

   • Shipping times are estimates only; Camel Mountain® is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

   • Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier with photo, GPS, or signature proof, it is considered complete (see our Confirmed Delivery Policy).

4. Returns & Refunds

   • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original packaging.

   • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

   • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

5. Product Warranty

   • All Camel Mountain® products come with a 12 warranty against manufacturing defects.

   • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or airline/courier handling.

6. Limitation of Liability

   • Camel Mountain® is not responsible for indirect losses, theft after delivery, or third-party courier errors beyond confirmed delivery.

7. Governing Law

   • These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Israel.
